SHIRCON 2019

The purpose of the Sciences and Humanities International Research Conference IV (SHIRCON 2019) is to integrate diverse researchers, teachers, students and professionals interested in disseminating original research results developed from different approaches, types of studies and from different disciplines of the sciences that is part of the constant task in search of a better understanding of national and international problems.

The SHIRCON 2019 with the support of the IEEE will be developed in Lima, the capital city of Peru known for its cultural diversity, characteristic of its inhabitants from different regions of the country and whom social development alternatives are developed based on community and institutional initiatives.

The Organizing Committee of the event makes the kind invitation to send contributions in the research field for the proper development of the SHIRCON 2019. We invite professionals, students, teachers, intellectuals from the health, education, engineering, economic and financial, humanities and literature areas, etc. From the national and international environment to contribute with their original research. It is important to emphasize that the submitted articles must not have been published partially in a journal or conference proceedings; as well as it must not be in the process of revision or acceptance. Also, it is made known to the researchers that the article will be submitted to evaluation by judges (peers) and after, the communication will be made to the authors about the evaluation on the corresponding dates of the event.

It is suggested to the authors that the articles should correspond according to the following thematic areas (without limiting only to them):

SUBMISSION

The official language of 2019 SHIRCON is ENGLISH (both written and oral presentations).
Papers must be submitted in PDF and should be no longer than 4 pages, following the IEEE Conference format, available on:

Accepted technical papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

NOTES

Accepted authors must send the final version of the paper. Otherwise, they won’t be considered for the oral presentations and the paper will be withdrawn from the program.
The submission of the final version and the oral presentations are mandatory to be in compliance with the IEEE requirements for submission of your paper to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (even if you have completed the registration process).

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

An Author or at least one of the co-authors planning to submit a paper for oral presentation has to be registered in the conference.

  • One individual registration as Undergraduate Student is eligible for a maximum of one (01) paper.
  • An Undergraduate Student author is eligible to perform a maximum of one (01) oral presentation in the conference.
  • One individual registration as Professional is eligible for a maximum of two (02) papers.
  • A professional author is eligible to perform a maximum of two (02) oral presentations in the conference.

CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY

There will be no refunds for paid registrants. If an author has uploaded a paper using his/her registration, the registration will not be refunded, even if the paper is withdrawn.

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time without penalty before October 31, 2019. All substitutions requests must be in writing (e- mail is preferred) and should be received by the Publication Chair (joseduran@ieee.org) on or before October 31, 2019.

For those requiring visas to come to Peru, please request your visa invitation letter and make your visa appointment as soon as possible.
